Steppe is a playable map in Blood & Iron.
Summary[]
The map takes place in a battle between the French Empire and the Russian Empire along the Russian steppes. This map supports cavalry and artillery.
Landscape[]
This map is mostly flat with two hills covered with rocks and bushes. There really isn't anything other than the two encampments for the French and the Russians.
Tips & Tricks[]
- The rocks can be used to hide from incoming enemy bullets, as there is no other form of natural cover, you may want to consider bringing a sapper along.
- Crouching with a bayonet, lance or pike can significantly deal more damage to horses.
