Rankers are basic unit of any regiment, the rank and file soldiers.

Types of Rankers per Regiment

Line Infantry

Loadout

• Musket - Has decent accuracy and reload, also has a bayonet to use as anti cavalry and long range melee weapon.
• Sabre/Sword - It has not long range but can swing very fast, also does the same damage as the bayonet.

Strategies

• It is recommended to stay with others and go in front, this can make you quickly die but sometimes can devestate the enemy if you know your terrain and how to use it.
• When you're behind enemy lines and you cannot reload, you can use your sword to do much damage to the enemy.
• When passing terrain in cavalry maps, its recommended to have your bayonet ready to destroy any horses coming nearby.
• When facing a sapper, try to kill them with a bayonet so you can have a safer distance.

Skirmishers

Light Infantry

Loadout

• Musket (Light) - It has no bayonet but more accuracy then the Musket and faster reload then the Rifle, it's a mix of the Musket and Rifle.
• Sword/Sabre - Go to sword section in loadout about Line Infantry sword/sabre.

Strategies

• It is recommended to not stay in front of the battles like Line Infantry rankers but back to hit people from further away.
• It is suggested not to face people with axes.

Prussian Skirmisher Ranker

Riflemen

Loadout

• Rifle - Has very good accuracy but comes with a slow reload.
• Sabrebriquet - Is a very short melee with low damage.

Strategies

• Since you have slow reload, you don't wanna stay in front but from far, take pop shots with your great accuracy.
• Stay near drummers since they give the reload buff.

Russian Skirmisher Ranker

Militia

Line Infantry (Militia)

Loadout

(There are multiple items that are given in different nations, these are examples)

• Musket - Look at the normal Line Infantry Loadout. (Prussia, Nassau)
• Hand Axe - Doesn't make you as slow as normal axe and does as much damage. (Russia, Poland and Prussia)
• Rifle - Look at Skirmisher Riflemen loadout. (Poland)
• Musket (Light) - Look at Skirmisher Light Infantry Loadout. (Russia)
• Sword - Look at Line Infantry loadout. (Nassau)

Strategies

(it's recommended to fight with the weapons you have in different countries, i'll list strategies for every country.)

• Try to do quick pop shots in fortifications, stay near drummers. (Polish)
• Try to do that strategy above but not as far away. (Russian)
• Use your melee alot, do not be scared to take on sappers or others. (Prussia)

Russian Militia Ranker

Cavalry

Hussar

Loadout

• Sword/Sabre - On a horse you need to aim your sabre carefully.

Strategies

• With your fast horse, its recommended to fastly manuever enemy cavalry.

Russian Hussar-Cavalry Ranker

Lancer

Loadout

• Lance - Long melee weapon that does 75 damage also can be used as anti cavalry.
• Sword/Sabre - Look at Hussar Loadout.

Strategies

• Use a hussar horse to 1 hit people.
• When dismounted in the middle of a cavalry battle, hold out your lance for anti cavalry.

Russian Lancer-Cavalry Ranker

Dragoon

Loadout

• Musketoon - Has a fast reload but bad range.
• Sword/Sabre - Look at Hussar Loadout.

Strategies

• Go behind enemy lines, dismound and take off enemies 1 by 1.

Russian Dragoon-Cavalry Ranker

Artillery

Foot Altillery

Loadout

• Rammer- Used to ram cannons to make them fire.
• Sabrebriquet - Look at Skirmisher Riflemen Loadout.

Stategies

• When there are multiple altillery men, try to make a team. (1 will swab and the other will aim and fire.
• Use a roundshot for firing far away.
• Use a canister Shot to kill people that are getting close. (effective when a group of cavalry comes close)
